Construction Management Software

An Operating System
Built for Contractors.

Margin lives in the gaps. We close the gaps.

Built for Estimation

We onboard only a limited number of businesses every quarter. 4 businesses to go for September 2026.

Intrakore construction management dashboard shown across desktop, tablet and mobile

Construction builds the world.
Its software hasn't caught up.

The work gets done. The information about the work lives in eight different places, and none of them talk to each other.

3%

Average margin lost per job to firefighting, not poor execution.

6 systems

Running simultaneously on every live job, none connected.

Millions

Sitting in unpursued receivables because no system triggered the billing.

1 variation

Minimum, on site — never submitted, never paid.

This isn't just an industry problem. It's happening on your jobs, right now.

2nd

Least digitised industry in the world

1%

Annual productivity growth

7/10

Contractors still run on paper

$1.8B

Lost annually to poor data and productivity gaps

We didn't build this from the outside.

Two years in the build. Self-funded by the same people who spent 20 years running contracting businesses in the GCC. Every decision in this product was made by contractors, not software developers.

From the founder

There's a good chance I know exactly why you're here. Your sites are moving, your teams are stretched, and the one question you ask your Accounts team, "what's the margin on this job?", is never ready. Somewhere between the site, the office, and the accounts, things have already fallen through. Not because your people aren't good enough. Because the information was never in one place.

You've tried fixing it. More spreadsheets, another WhatsApp group and sometimes even throwing more people at the problem. A system that looked great in the demo and charged you an upfront bomb of an onboarding fee never understood that the person standing in 45 degree heat was never going to use.

Most construction software was never built by the people who were supposed to use it. It's always been another form of an ERP stuck to contractors under the pretense of actually understanding the flow.

I've spent over 20 years in contracting. From site engineer to CEO. I know what it costs when a QS walks out and takes the entire project trail with him. I know the system that works against you and not for you.

After years of trying to fix incomplete tools, I stopped trying and built one. Intrakore is fully self-funded, GCC-built, and made exclusively for contractors. It always will be.

We're onboarding our next cohort in September, I read every message personally and I genuinely care whether this makes your business better.

The platform

From first tender to final accounts.
One platform. No handoffs.

Follow the flow, left to right →
Intrakore CRM pipeline screen showing enquiry to contract stages

Your sales team wins a job and hands over a PDF. The estimator starts from scratch.

CRM

Lead capture to live pipeline. Every deal won flows directly to your estimator. No re-entry. No lost context. The job starts with everything already in place.

Intrakore Estimation screen showing bid pricing and margin tracking

You price it at 12%. Three months in, nobody on site has seen that number.

Estimation

BOQ build, rate books, subcontractor pricing, margin assumptions locked at tender. When the job is won, everything transfers to Operations automatically. Your estimate does not live in a folder. It runs the job.

Intrakore Operations screen showing project health and site tracking

Your site team is on WhatsApp. Your office finds out what happened yesterday, tomorrow.

Operations

Daily reports, programme tracking, variation logging, subcontractor management. Everything connected to the original estimate. The moment something changes on site, it is visible in the office in real time.

Intrakore Finance screen showing live CVR and margin reporting

You find out a job lost money three months after it closed.

Finance

Live CVR updated in real time as costs and variations are logged. Full budgeting and MIS built in. Receivables tracked by the system, not phone calls. VAT, Corporate Tax and WPS ready from day one.

Intrakore HR screen showing workforce records and payroll

Your best site engineer resigns. His replacement spends 8 weeks doing archaeology.

HR

Workforce records, visa and certification tracking, WPS payroll, mobilisation planning, all inside the same platform as your live projects. When someone leaves, nothing walks out with them.

Same platform. Different views.

The numbers that matter
to your seat.

Every Monday you walk into a meeting and spend 90 minutes listening to department heads tell you numbers that should be on a screen. You are not running the business. You are bridging the gap between people who cannot see each other's data. Every decision you make is based on last week's information, not live reality.

What changes

One dashboard. Every live job, margin position, cash flow status and team update in one place. You stop being the bridge and start making actual decisions.

Your month end takes a week to close because data from site, procurement and operations arrives in different formats, from different people, at different times. Your CVR is built the week before the board meeting. You are always reporting the past, never managing the present.

What changes

Live CVR updated as costs are committed and variations are logged. Budgeting, MIS reporting, VAT and Corporate Tax built in from day one. Your month end closes in hours, not a week.

You are managing variations across 6 live jobs in 6 different spreadsheets. One variation missed is unpaid revenue. One subcontractor payment released too early is a real loss. When a dispute arises, your records are a mess and the client's version wins.

What changes

Every variation logged the moment it is agreed on site. Subcontractor payments, retention and back-charges tracked in one place per job. Your commercial position is live, not reconstructed.

You are responsible for delivery across multiple sites but your visibility stops at the site gate. Daily reports come in late, in different formats, or not at all. Resource decisions are made on gut feel because there is no live headcount versus productivity data.

What changes

Daily reports submitted from site in real time, in one format, by every engineer on every job. Programme tracked live against the original estimate. Resource allocation visible across all active projects.

Intrakore has been live across contracting businesses in the UAE for two years. Built, tested and refined on real projects, real data and real teams before a single sales call was made.

Your 2027 starts in September.

Every business that gets its systems right before year end goes into the next year with the platform to scale, a happier team and genuine margin visibility from day one. Every business that waits starts 2027 the same way it started 2026. Firefighting.

We onboard a limited number of businesses each quarter because the foundations on which you grow have to be right. Q3 intake closes in September.

Your 2027 otherwise is just a repeat. And you already know it.
